 Prior to booking an appointment, we ask that all Brow Esthetics clients read and review the information available throughout our website in full to ensure they are properly informed about our payment & cancellation policies, consent, & client record forms, faq’s, and more. It is very important that research and verify yourself as a good candidate for permanent makeup before you book. 


How do I book an appointment?

How do I book an appointment?

You have the ability to go online and easily book an appointment. You will be required to pay a $100 deposit before being able to confirm your appointment time and date chosen. We will book your touch up appointment either before your initial microblading appointment or at the time of your session. The touch up appointment should be 4-8 weeks after your initial appointment. Please do not book an appointment without a consultation if you have ever had permanent makeup before, no matter how long ago it was or how faded it looks to you. We cannot cover more old eyebrow tattoos that we see and we must be able to verify that it can be covered, or if we will need to refer you for color correction or removal. 


Services & Pricing 

All services are subject to sales tax. All new client services include a 6 week follow up appointment. 



  • Microblading - $600

  • Ombre/Powder Brows - $650

  • Combination Brows - $700

  • Optional 3rd Touch Up - $150

    • If additional work is needed or requested after you’ve completed your first session & second session. Must be within 8-12 weeks of your 6 week touch up.

  • Color Boost Touch Up (for existing clients only) starts at $300 

    • Does not include a 6 week touch up. 

  • Saline Pigment Removal / Color Correction – starts at $300

    • Multiple sessions typically needed. 

    • Email photos with detail of current brow tattoo & desired outcome.


  • Dusty Liner - $600

  • Lash Enhancement - $400 


  • Lip Blush - ​​$600 



  • Microblading - $500

  • Upgrade to Combination Brows - $75

  • Optional 3rd Touch Up - $150

    • If additional work is needed or requested after you’ve completed your first session & 6 week touch up within 8 weeks of your last touch up. 

  • Consultation $15 

    • Discuss permanent makeup options to see if it is right for you. Consult or picture approval needed for anyone with a previous eyebrow tattoo. 

    • Cover up of prior permanent makeup: By Consult Only. Please contact us to discuss BEFORE booking. If you have ever had permanent make up on your before, you must let us know prior to booking so we can make sure it can be covered. This is true no matter how light they may look to you, or how long its been since they were done. Failure to do so may result in disappointment and loss of deposit if you arrive to your appointment and it cannot be covered


Cancellation Policy

Payment Policy

Brow Esthetics accepts all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. No checks or money orders.

All permanent makeup appointments require a non-refundable $100 booking deposit in order to lock in your appointment date. If you decide to cancel your appointment, you will lose your booking deposit. We will hold your appointment time for 72 hours from the time we have emailed you a booking deposit invoice.  If your booking deposit is not paid within that time frame, you will lose your booking and you will have to rebook your appointment. 


This booking fee goes toward your total investment and holds your spot on our calendar. You may call, email, text to book or you may book your appointment and pay your deposit online through our website. You will receive an email with instructions on paying your deposit by debit or credit card if you do not pay your deposit online at the time of booking. Please review our cancellation policy below before booking your appointment. 

Cancellation Policy

Please read this policy before booking any appointments with Brow Esthetics to make sure you fully understand. We strive to remain very booked for all services. While we are so grateful and appreciative for our wonderful clients, timely & efficient service is necessary for us to provide outstanding customer service. If you fail to comply with these policies we are unable to service everyone in a fair and efficient way. Customer satisfaction is our highest priority and these policies exist to give all clients the absolute best experience possible. We are so thankful for your business and welcome any inquiries about this policy.


For all permanent makeup appointments, a 48-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We just ask that you please call and let us know (voicemail if necessary), text or email us at least 48 hours before your appointment time to cancel or reschedule. Should you wish to reschedule your appointment, you definitely can! You will have to pay another non-refundable deposit to book another date if you contact us within the 48 hour window before your appointment time.


Should you cancel or reschedule your free 4-8 week touch up appointment within 12 hours, or no call/no show for your appointment, you will be required to pay for your touch up. Touch-up prices are listed in our pricing menu.


If you are over 15 minutes late to any appointment, you will be asked to reschedule, and the same policies above will apply. This is because all clients receive thorough consultations and detailed, precise work. As a result, we will not rush your appointment or others. Therefore, if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment you will forfeit your deposit and be required to pay for the balance of your appointment before you can re-book. 

There will be no exceptions to this policy. By booking your appointment with Brow Esthetics, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the Cancellation Policy.

Are you certified & licensed to operate?

Yes! Brow Esthetics is a licensed tattoo studio and all working artists are certified permanent makeup artists. The salon and staff are all insured. All artists have completed hands on apprenticeships and received certifications from a Hamilton County Health Department approved and licensed permanent makeup artist. All artists have received extensive training and certifications on Blood Borne Pathogens as deemed necessary for tattoo artist by the Occupational Safety & Health Administration. Its crucial that you choose not only a certified Microblading artist, but also a licensed one to ensure your health is protected!

Are you certified & licensed to operate?

Are there some clients that do not retain pigment?

It is possible. Some people have highly effective immune systems that reject the pigment or highly effective skin that heals the pigment away. It is important that all clients understand this as a possibility. After observing your skin, we will recommend a technique that will best fit your skin type and anatomy. However, there is no way for us to know if this will take place prior to the work being done. Occasionally, a third appointment to further touch the brows up may be recommended if the client is retaining little pigment after the first touch up. Anything beyond that would likely be too much for the skin and the client would likely not be a candidate for further permanent makeup.
