Dusty Liner

What is it?

The Dusty Liner technique lines the top lid and blends a light dusting of pigment out from the liner for a delicate & smoky look. Also called "eyeshadow liner". Some choose the option to add a delicate or bold wing on their dusty liner for a more dramatic look.

This technique is best for those with healthy and firm eye skin. Dusty Liner or Winged Liner may not be for you if: the skin on the eye is too thin and/or translucent. If you can see a vascular or purple/blue influence on your eyelids and see individual capillaries.  A last enhancement is a great alternative for those that would not qualify for dusty or winged eyeliner.
